Return & Refund Policy 

At Snug-a-Pup, we want you and your pup to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve got you covered.  

🐾 Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:  

✔️ Unused and in its original condition  
✔️ Unwashed and free from pet hair or odors  
✔️ Returned with all original packaging 

💰 Refunds  

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

🔄 Exchanges  

Need a different size? No problem! Contact us, and we’ll send out a replacement once we receive your return.  

🚨 Damaged or Defective Item  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement—on us!

1️⃣ Email us at support@snugapup.store with your order number and reason for return.  
2️⃣ We’ll provide you with return instructions.  
3️⃣ Send your item back, and we’ll handle the rest!
